TRC Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Technician.
This position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Core
Responsibilities:
Configures and troubleshoots hardware and systems such as; telemetry control units, digital and analog modules, pump controllers, radio and power supply modules etc Captures detailed problem analysis and resolution plans in a customer database Reviews work orders and related documentation and schematic diagrams to determine tasks to be performed and tools, equipment, and parts needed for repair assignment.
Education and
Experience:
Must have a background in RF communication Knowledge of PLC control systems, basic electronics and RF theory is a plus! Must possess a high school diploma Physical Requirements:
