Required
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experiencein semiconductor thin film processing and clean room experience with a strong background in photolithography, wet chemical etching, RIE plasma etching, DC and RF magnetron sputtering, and copper electroplating.
Minimum 1 year experience working in a circuit board fabrication shop or clean room environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Thin film deposition, profilometer measurements, scanning electron microscope and other process metrology.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems used in the fabrication process.
Knowledge of plating and etching chemistry and metallurgy is a plus.
