Sr Component Application Engineer - Rockwell Collins (Melbourne, FL)
o IMPACT data entry including all parametric data, preference codes, and obs prediction information.
o Design Engineering community support including:
design development assistance, interfacing, communication, component application issue resolution, and general question/issue resolution.
o Complete understanding and application of Lean concepts and principals.
Lean Champion.
o Takes over lead of projects initiated by management or more senior team members and the carries project through to completion Must have a good technical understanding of multiple component types, electrical and electromechanical.
Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering or science field, and six years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, twelve years of related experience.
