Smiles of Viera Smiles of Viera Rockledge, FL Rockledge, FL Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $16 - $22 an hour $16 - $22 an hour Dental Experience Required Dentrix Experience preferred Duties - Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff - Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Skills - Proficiency in phone systems and phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met - Ability to manage multiple schedules and appointments - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
