Knowledge of the craft brewing process and equipment is a plus.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Assist Head Brewer in all brewery operations.
Follow recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to produce a variety of beer styles and maintain consistency.
Operate and maintain brewing equipment.
Monitor brewing process and make adjustments as necessary.
Transfer product.
Conduct regular quality control checks.
Clean and sanitize equipment, including preventative maintenance.
Clean and fill kegs/tanks.
Keep brewery clean and organized.
Requirements:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices; strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions; Problem solving and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues; Ability to lift full kegs and carry 55lb; Self-motivated work ethic; Good organizational and critical thinking/problem solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay depends on experience/knowledge Apply to indeed or email protected Job Type:
