The position requires both selling jobs for our craftsmen to perform as well as performing some of the work yourself.
Our customers call us to come to their homes to estimate jobs, no cold calling.
Successful applicants will have prior in-home, estimating experience or a proven sales track record that will correlate.
Experience estimating all types of residential remodeling; room & bath remodels, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, handyman jobs, etc is required.
Duties also include:
Assist in assigning the right craftsmen to the job.
Job site visits as needed.
Coach and assist our craftsmen on pricing jobs and creating detailed proposals.
Write up detailed proposals as needed.
Review and approve larger jobs per our procedures.
Help Recruit and Train new craftsmen.
Light office duties.
Basic office (Word, Excel) experience.
Familiar with technology to take and email pictures.
Copy and post pictures and documents to our network folder.
Use of a PC to enter electronic proposals and email to our customers.
Must pass background check, have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to appointments servicing the Brevard County area.
Travel expenses are covered.

Our Remodeling Estimators experience high closing rates and earnings.
Base Salary
Commission.
We offer Health Insurance, vacation and paid holidays.
Earn $50,000 and up, no cap.
