The Associate Client Success & IT Director in Florida is responsible for managing a portfolio of clinically integrated multi-specialty practices and working with HealthFirst to drive overall performance results.
Primary Job Duties:
Individual Contributions:
Serve as a primary point of contact for MSO joint venture between Health First and Privia as it relates to operational and technology services Work with IT counterparts and consultants to identify root causes of any performance issues with technology platforms, including but not limited to the EMR and practice management system(s).
Work with individual providers and administrative staff to optimize network, hardware, software, and technology workflows.
Project management and large scale operations and technology change efforts, including system upgrades, software implementations, and broader system migrations.
Act as liaison between Care Centers and key Privia business functions to drive alignment, set expectations, and help optimize service delivery.
Re-engineer process flow for technology tickets to efficiently effectuate needed changes with user credentials and access standards.
Create and report on KPI trends and performance, highlight key insights and strategize on opportunities to improve end user efficiency.
Acts as a SME for Privia Health's technology platform and workflows and liaison to other Privia stakeholders.
Work with the Operations Consultants to remain closely aligned on supporting markers of success for market clients Oversee the successful completion of compliance requirements by all needed participants within the portfolio Assist with changes, updates, and ongoing issue resolution to drive the success of the client's digital front door presence Serve as a communication liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure prompt response, resolution, and follow up as needed Provide top-notch customer service to physician practices to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internally and client facing, as it relates to administrative and IT related issue tracking and resolution Work closely with clients to launch participation of available group purchasing options Provide key market updates via professional communications to all clients in the portfolio Provide additional value for clients by providing exemplary account management oversight Expertly leverage available technology platforms for reporting needs, project planning, and providing EMR assistance to clients (schedule template builds, building and generating reports as applicable, ad hoc EMR updates and changes, updating and maintaining project planning software, ensuring CRM accuracy and reporting, and sprint planning) Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.
Healthcare Master's or MBA preferred Previous healthcare experience required; working with physicians and medical group staff preferred Managed multiple projects while providing exceptional client service Experience in hospital or physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes Must possess reliable transportation Ability to work with different professional levels of stakeholders to include clinic leadership, providers, and senior market leadership Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
