Summary:
Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization's effort to increase our customer's satisfaction.
We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to receive & make calls to assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM and promoting the brand's services through having a general understanding of HVAC services.
Pay Range:
$16.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
commission/spiffs Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Essential duties &
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to our customers in a fast-paced environment Empathize & understand customer's urgent HVAC problems Book the customer's appointment in CRM Answer customer questions and provide basic services information Make outbound calls to schedule service calls Sell and renew memberships Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clients Cross-promote various trade services to customers Communicate with customers via chat or email Complete any responsibilities assigned by the manager Skills you bring for success:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) 2-year degree a plus 2
years of outbound call center, customer service, sales, retail, or appointment setting Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service and phone skills Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities Strong listening and sales skills Ability to achieve the target goal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers What you will get if you join us:
