Processes custom and retail orders as well as distributes new leads.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicates with customers by email, phone or in person in a professional and thoughtful manner.
Provides customers with detailed product and process information.
This includes but is not limited to templating, installation, cleaning, and removal instructions.
Reviews and distributes new leads by phone or email to the appropriate party.
Creates and maintains CRM profiles to ensure customer profiles are kept up to date.
Responds to or routes phone and email requests to the appropriate party.
Creates sales orders and provides pricing when applicable.
Assists disgruntle customers and addresses complaints.
Analyze their situation, ascertain the best party or course of action for problem resolution.
Other duties may be assigned as seen fit by the supervisor and/or manager.
