PIRTEK is a fast-growing service-based business offering both retail and mobile hydraulic and industrial hose service.
Roles & Responsibilities Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Oversee the start-up process for new franchise locations.
Assist the franchise network with Tier 2 conversions and moving buildings.
Oversee all aspects of the new and replacement van setup program, from the receipt of the van from the dealer until delivery to the franchisee.
Manage relationships with vendors associated with the van program and franchise start-up process.
Assist with picking orders from franchise set-up warehouse and ensure their accuracy prior to shipping.
Provide onsite Quality Audits to PIRTEK franchises.
Overseeing ISO 9001:
2015 Certification.
Conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO Standard 9001:
2015.
Other projects as needed.
Qualifications This role requires the PMP level project certification.
3 years of experience in a related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
File management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other members in the team.
