seeks an entry level Legal secretary to work full-time for a 4 person staff.
Position includes a multitude of tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
Legal experience is not required but very helpful.
Computer experience including Microsoft 360, Word and Google Calendar.
Must work well under stress, be punctual, focused and organized.
Must be able to multitask oriented, punctual, has the ability to work well under pressure and possesses a willingness to learn and have intercommunications and interpersonally skills.
You will greet all clients new or current, take messages, take payments, answer phones, create new files, filing, scanning & maintaining electronic files etc.
Have reliable transportation, no criminal record and be ready to start immediately.
