POSITION SUMMARY Compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to business leaders.
Apply descriptive statistical data to business operations and present recommendations to leadership in a meaningful format.
Consult with the business client to understand, define and provide information to inform the problem and recommend solutions.
Work closely with business process owners to integrate data analytics into business processes to improve business performance.
Participate in projects requiring reporting of key metrics, business requirement definition, building test and control plans.
May partner with technology and project groups to define business requirements, perform user acceptance testing and implement changes.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Understand business operations and customer requirements to determine best approach to providing information to solve business questions and problems.
2.
Pull and manipulate data from various sources.
Assists in the collection, consolidation, and validation of required information and data to maintain data integrity.
3.
Create reports, trends, scorecards and dashboards for compliance and executive decisioning purposes.
4.
Perform data and root causes analysis, advising and providing leadership the tools, data and information required to make business decisions.
5.
Develop reports & end user tools eliminating manual processes.
6.
May prepare compliance reports by interpreting technical specifications, pulling the data, analyzing and validating data and preparing reports.
7.
May analyze and trouble shoot system and application issues and work with appropriate parties to resolve.
8.
May support projects or process improvement initiatives with business requirements definition, building test plans, process mapping and control plans.
Qualification:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Math, Statistics or related field or 4 years experience in data, reporting and/or analysis in lieu of a degree Licensure:

Two years in a data, reporting or analysis role Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge in essential Microsoft Office applications especially Excel & PowerPoint o Knowledge in data handling techniques Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels in organization Detail oriented PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Exposure to Lean principles and techniques.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and conducting interviews as necessary to understand current practices and determine possible areas for improvement.
Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, and requirements traceability matrices.
Experience as a liaison between application development, quality assurance and business stakeholders during the development and deployment process.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions.
Utilize the latest business applications, determining tools, programming languages, and other affiliated technology in relation to healthcare.
Fluent knowledge of database reporting including the tools necessary to extract meaningful information in trend analysis.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sedentary - Office Workers Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time Walking and standing or lifting more than 10 pounds are required only occasionally Must be able to tolerate long periods of computer time a day.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
