We are looking for a star candidate that has a heart to serve others.
This position is the at the hub of the main office and must have a welcoming presence for our staff and families that visit.
This position will be responsible for:
Paying providers and all vendor accounts.
Electronically tracks and files (electronically or other) Provides data entry & report generation in QuickBooks Pro, Google Documents and Paycor.
Is a backup for Payroll administration.
Assists in resolving building operational issues, maintaining three leases and leveraging related vendor service performance.
Coordinates background checks/drug tests and required new hire documentation in PayCor and with candidates.
Runs Everify for Providers and staff members Assists with human resources onboarding process and first day orientation.
Responsible for the input of new hire in all systems and set up of benefit packages.
Assists with all HR correspondence including offer letters, vendor correspondence, termination letters Assists managers with recruitment, screening, interview scheduling and continuous contact with candidates Attends occasional job fairs, creates advertising and promotional materials and maintains an applicant tracking system Assists with EEOC reporting and other employment regulated reporting.
Development of AA plans when required.
