Sr. Electronic Technician

OVERVIEW Sr. Electronics Lab Technician - This position entails working on the HW Engineering group on Crestron products being developed. The candiate will be testing, verifying and troubleshooting printed circuit boards and product level electronics. RESPONSIBILITIES Verfiying that products meet design and compliance standards. Testing and qualifying electronic products in early stages of development. Running test procedures, collecting data, and making pass/fail decisions. Debugging products to the electronic component level. Measuring signals. Generating reports and persenting data. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years experience working in an electronics lab measuring and testing electronic products. Knowledge of CAD systems, reading schematics and analyzing PCB layouts. Knwowledge of Excel, Visio, word processors and reading data sheets. Working knowledge of tradtional electronics labe equipment such as oscilloscopes, and multi-meters. The ability to use lab equipment to measure electronic signals down the component level. Knowledge of electronics logic, measuring voltages and currents, high speed signal integrity knoweledge.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
