This growth initiative will also foster career advancement opportunities.
We are currently seeking a Manager for the Melbourne / Space Coast market You will successfully manage a branch staff in all aspects of the mortgage process from origination to closing.
You will solicit new business and develop and retain relationships with Realtors,Professionals, Home Builders, Affinity Partners, and Customer Referrals.
We are looking for the following skill sets:
Uphold the highest levels of integrity with honesty in all actions and behaviors.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated with demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent mortgage lending experience.
A minimum of 2 years of management experience within the mortgage industry.
Proven track record in meeting sales quotas in the mortgage industry environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite NMLS licensing is required.
Knowledge of Encompass is preferred.
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
