Full Time Key responsibilities include:
Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the Dining Services Department Coordinating food service activities in the dining room Overseeing the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of the dining room, equipment, and facilities Directing the hiring, assignment, training, motivation, and termination of personnel We seek the following
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED A minimum of one year experience in dining services to include dietary supervision, cooking, budgeting, ordering, and operating a dietary department Experience in line cooking a plus Must have dietary experience in a Long Term Care Facility Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification Must have computer skills Must enjoy working with the senior population Brookdale is an EOE-(Equal Opportunity Employer) and drug free work place.
