Minimum
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in written form with leaders, staff and peers; proven management and leadership skills.
As a requirement for this position, within 90 days of hire you will have two attempts to successfully complete the exam(s) for the 65/66 and/or obtain the qualifying registration(s).
Series 3/31 may be required if the branch conducts commodities business.
Preferred Skills:

years Branch or equivalent leadership experience.
-Must be willing to obtain the Series 31 within 2 months.

years of demonstrated success in Running and Protecting branches as shown in Audit/Compliance history.

years of relevant experience recruiting experienced full-service financial advisors.

years of demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing branch revenue targets.

years of previous success growing branch revenues through developing experienced Financial Advisors and Financial Advisors in Training.
